My final words: “I should have written this for Thanksgiving”

My life has been amazing, born in a first-world country, I’ve gotten so lucky in terms of where I was born in terms of social-economic status, and I’ve met the best people in the world.

I’ve been forever lucky and grateful. I haven’t had to work hard; things have come to me by happenstance. All i do is just say yes to opportuntiies.

I find it interesting that people have asked me for advice in life, from landing a 6 figure tech job, creating startups, running organizations, and mastering productivity. I’ve been asked how I do so many hobbies and side-hustles, but in reality, I spend most of my day in bed and staring at the wall - I just got lucky lol, and I’m grateful for where I’ve gotten.

In the past, especially before the last quarter of university, I haven’t been a good friend, mentor, mentee, classmate, significant other, and son in many scenarios. My goal has always been to leave the world with more happiness, leaving the world a better place, and I have been doing a pretty lousy job.

Recently I was called a dream, and it was the first time I’d heard that from a genuine source. I felt so happy! Some people are meant to come and go, and personally, I’ve always enjoyed being the person that just came and went, leaving a little bit of magic along the way.

I’m genuinely happy, and I had an amazing 3-day vacation during July 4th that opened up my eyes to what life can really be.

I’ll return someday - just need to work on myself!
